30 Years of Martek

As Martek marks 30 years in business, I find myself reflecting not only on our growth, but on the people, partnerships, and purpose that have defined our journey. What began with a simple vision—to deliver solutions with integrity, creativity, and trust—has evolved into something far more meaningful. Over these three decades, as the world has continued to advance through significant global and domestic events, it is remarkable to reflect on Martek’s own maturation alongside those moments—and the role we have played in supporting our customers when it mattered most. We have had the privilege of contributing to critical missions, helping organizations navigate change, and delivering solutions that made a difference during some of the most pivotal periods of our time.

I am deeply proud and profoundly grateful for what we have accomplished together. We have helped launch and grow careers, created opportunities for our partners, and built lasting relationships grounded in respect and shared success. Just as important, our success has enabled us to give back—supporting charitable efforts and communities in need, which remains one of the most meaningful outcomes of our work. To every employee, customer, vendor, subcontractor, and partner who has been part of Martek’s journey over the past 30 years, thank you. Your trust, commitment, and belief in what we do have made this possible, and I look forward with great optimism to what we will continue to build together in the years ahead.

Thirty years is not simply a measure of time – it is a testament to resilience, trust, and the enduring impact of people working together toward something greater.
