Mr. Tornillo founded Martek in 1996 and provides the company’s vision and growth strategies. He has over 30 years of experience in management, real estate, facilities, and government contracting. With 15 years of experience in accounting, he provides day to day direction and management of all accounting and administrative policies and procedures to ensure operations have the tools to deliver quality support.

She has over 17 years of Human Resources and recruiting experience. Ms. Mahendranath holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing from Seattle University. She also obtained a Masters’ degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development Certificate from Marymount University. Ms. Mahendranath is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified. Prior to her role with Martek, she served as an HR Director with a healthcare organization and a generalist and campus recruiter for an accounting and consulting company. Ms. Mahendranath has a passion in helping others and the community.

In this capacity, she manages all aspects of the proposal lifecycle, including planning, compliance, content development, production, and submission.
Ms. McNamara has over 17 years of experience in proposal management, business development, and federal contracting. Prior to joining Martek, she served as a Proposal Manager at SAIC and Leidos. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Marketing and Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland.

Mr. Nager is a Business Leader with extensive experience in aviation, air traffic management, airport infrastructure, and strategic growth. He has a proven track record of developing new business opportunities, leading complex programs, and supporting customers across the public and private sectors, both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Nager served as the FAA’s Director of Air Traffic Control Facilities, a Senior Executive Service (SES) position, where he led a workforce of more than 250 federal and contractor personnel responsible for securing, sustaining, and modernizing over 10,000 staffed and unstaffed operational facilities nationwide. In this role, he developed strategic and operational plans for the National Airspace System (NAS), managed a $200 million annual capital investment program, and provided executive oversight of the FAA’s two largest service contracts, with a combined value exceeding $2.5 billion and a workforce of approximately 2,000 personnel.
Mr. Nager brings expertise in business development, capture management, strategic planning, operations management, process improvement, and organizational change management. His leadership experience and deep understanding of aviation infrastructure enable him to support Martek’s growth initiatives and deliver value to customers across the aviation and transportation sectors.
